TrackSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
TrackSnap requires an active account with an active license to be used.
The plugin requires an internet connection to confirm the existence of an active account with an active license.
Licenses are personal, must not shared with others and are non-transferable.
Purchasing a subscription grants the account owner access to use TrackSnap while the subscription remains active.
Purchasing a lifetime license grants the account owner access to use TrackSnap while the account remains active.
You agree not to misuse the product, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer, distribute the software without permission, or share your account with others.
Licenses as well as account access may be revoked at any time.
No compensation will be given in such a case and no liability will be assumed.
Owners of lifetime licenses may request a partial refund if the license was owned for less than 2 years, at the time of revocation.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of TrackSnap or the attempt of using TrackSnap (e.g. after a license has been revoked).
After 30 days all purchases are final. Within 30 days of purchase we will offer a complete refund of the purchase. After a refund has been requested your license will be deactivated.
